The Supporter:
3 Month Support Package
This personalized package provides support over three months to help keep you on track and accountable towards your nutrition goals. This package includes a 30-60m initial consultation (details below) with check-ins every 2 to 3 weeks to see how you are tracking with the recommendations. Recommendations are provided as goals, and new goals are released throughout the three months based on your progress. Full nutritional analysis can also be included in this package. This package is great to cover a range of things you want to improve!
The Starter:
Initial Consultation: 30 - 60 minutes
I can consult with you on your general health and nutrition goals. Suitable for all ages, and at any health and fitness stage.
The 30 - 60 minute initial consultation is a vital step! I will ask a bunch of questions in order to understand your background, who you are, your goals, and how you want to FEEL moving forward. We will cover a range of topics and your goals, and make a plan together that is achievable. Following the session, I will provide you with a letter of the key takeaways from our session and the solutions discussed. If you require accountability or a plan to assist you with the recommendations, I’d be happy to discuss options further.

Follow-up Consultations: 30 minutes

Training Programmes
Do you have a specific goal or race in mind but don’t know where to start? I have experience in training individuals running, cycling, improving fitness, work-specific fitness and gym-based strength training. I can provide you with month by month athletic training programmes tailored to your needs and your goals.
